Today is the grand opening of the Family Justice Center of Washington County (FJCWC)! Located in Beaverton at 735 SW 158th Avenue, Suite 100, the FJCWC is a collaboration of local agencies dedicated to providing support and hope to people impacted by family violence.
The FJCWC offers a wide range of service providers in one location so that victims and survivors are able to come to a single location to receive services, rather than having to travel from site to site. The FJCWC is also family friendly, providing supervision for children while adults receive services.
Services are continuing to expand, and not all services are provided during all open hours. Services that can be found on site include the following:
- Domestic Violence Resource Center
- Law Enforcement
- Video Court to assist with restraining orders
- Oregon Law Center
- Adelante Mujeres
- Voices Set Free
- Abuse Recovery and Ministry Services (ARMS)
The current open hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The FJCWC can be contacted at 503-430-8300.
