Consultations provide an opportunity for us to discuss your particular situation in depth.  A consultation is usually about an hour (or more) in length to provide the opportunity for a detailed discussion about your individual and unique concerns and questions.  Hough Law generally bills consultations on a flat fee basis – no matter how long our conversation takes to address your issues and determine a plan forward (if needed), the rate is the same.

You may request a consultation and/or contact Hough Law by phone, e-mail, regular mail, or by completing an online submission form.  In addition to regular business hours, consultations are available in the evenings and on weekends by appointment for client convenience.

While it is always our goal to assist you in your legal matters, if your matter is outside of our areas of practice or expertise, we may be able to provide referrals to other professionals in the area who are better suited to assist you with your particular situation.

Please note that no attorney-client relationship is created with Hough Law without an express agreement between the firm and the client. The mere receipt by the firm of an email or online contact form does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other obligation. Do not send any confidential information to the firm without our prior request. Anything you send to anyone at our firm will not be confidential or privileged unless we have agreed to represent you.
