Hough Law accepts online payments for clients who would like the convenience of using a secure, web based payment system. Our online payment options provide security for your financial information and an easy to use format for payments. If you use one of these options, Hough Law does not receive your credit/debit card information once it has been entered, which helps protect your privacy and security.
Payments, for invoices and retainers, can be made through your client portal via e-check or credit/debit cards. To make a payment using your client portal, sign into the client portal and select the billing tab.
LawPay provides a secure web-based payment page for clients to make easy invoice and retainer payments.
Please be careful to select the correct payment option so that your funds are applied correctly. Invoice payments are for payments in response to a bill you received. Retainer payments are for funds to be held in our Attorney-Client Trust Account that will be billed against or earned at a later date pursuant to the terms of our fee agreement.
These online payment methods are for current clients only. DO NOT make any payments for a consultation fee or before an attorney-client relationship has been established without specific instructions from Hough Law.
